Greg’s first job in politics was helping his mom run for local office in Campbell County, Kentucky. She had a real shot until the retiring incumbent tried to pass the job on to his son. Even though Greg’s mom lost the closely contested three-way race, he developed a taste for the rough and tumble of politics. At GMMB, Greg’s proudest political moments were in 1992 and 2006: helping Bill Clinton win the White House and Jim Webb defeat George Allen in Virginia.
