GMMB congratulates the United Nations Foundation for helping to lead the discussion about girl empowerment around the Millennium Development Goals. UNF's Girl Up campaign is a "for girls, by girls" campaign that mobilizes American girls to raise awareness and funds for proven United Nations programs that provide girls with life-changing opportunities like the ability to go to school, see a doctor, access clean water in their communities and stay safe from violence.
