Last week, GMMB scored a silver ADDY for our groundbreaking "mash-up" advertising campaign for America's Wireless Companies (CTIA).
Check out the "Let Freedom Ring" ad on Vimeo.
Special shout-out to Oscar Award winning editor Angus Wall (winner of the Academy Award for editing for The Social Network) for his partnership on the spot.
GMMB has been working with CTIA since 2007 to help America's Wireless Companies tell their story of amazing innovation and responsiveness to policy makers in Washington and consumers across the country. Before "Let Freedom Ring," GMMB created and launched the "OK" campaign in 2008, and the "Grow" campaign in 2009. The ad campaigns highlight the incredible, ever-evolving ways that wireless technology helps people get more out of life. You can view the creative from these past campaigns here and here.
And our work doesn't stop! GMMB just launched the "next gen" of this campaign. The "Command" ad shows how incredible, staggering wireless innovation puts the world at your command. Watch it here
And today, GMMB unveiled super-cool public art at Washington Union Station and DCA Ronald Reagan National Airport. These stunning sculptures for America's Wireless Companies show how you can do more by consuming less, by using wireless: less wiring, less printing, less driving, less wasting. These unique pieces were honored with a 2011 Communications Arts award in Environmental Graphics.”
