Andrew P. Silver

Andrew Silver is a senior producer at GMMB. A team member since 1992, Andrew brings a wide spectrum of experience in film, radio and television production. He is an accomplished field producer; Avid editor; special event planner; and supervisor of film transfers, edits, audio mixes, on-air graphics and logo development.

Andrew has been the lead producer on such diverse projects as the League of Women Voters’ PSA campaign, "Five Ideas," featuring Walter Cronkite; the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s campaign on chronic fatigue syndrome, “Get Informed. Get Diagnosed”; and the California Children and Families Commission’s campaign targeting children’s health and education, "First 5 California."

Andrew’s work on political campaigns is extensive and includes producing television and radio advertising for such candidates as Senator Harry Reid (Nevada ’04), Senator Barbara Boxer (California ’98 and ‘04), Senator Ron Wyden (Oregon ’98 and ’04), Governor Jim Doyle (Wisconsin ’02), Governor Ted Kulongoski (Oregon ’02), and the Clinton/Gore 1992 presidential campaign.

Andrew has also produced radio, television and live broadcasts for Americans United, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Mattel Foundation, National SAFE KIDS Campaign, NARAL Pro-Choice America, Air Bag & Seat Belt Safety Campaign, and the Save Darfur Coalition, among many others.

Andrew is an amateur photographer and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Kelly, and sons, Nicolas and Griffin.
