| Kaia Lenhart
Kaia Lenhart, a vice president at GMMB, brings extensive communications, public affairs and political consulting experience to the firm, including strategic communications planning, campaign management, faith-based outreach, message development, field organizing and fundraising.
Kaia currently advises the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s child health advocacy effort, providing communications support to the maternal, newborn and child health community. In addition, she serves as the religious field director for Cover the Uninsured Week, a national public awareness and grassroots campaign spearheaded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
Kaia also advises World Vision, the Corporation for National and Community Service, Faith in Action, Center for Policy Alternatives, and Better Safer World Campaign.
Prior to joining GMMB, Kaia was the program communications director for the United Nations Foundation. She also served as the national political director for Public Campaign, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to passing sweeping campaign finance reform. A veteran of voter education and political campaigns, Kaia has worked for U.S. Senator Max Baucus (D-Mont.), Dorothy Bradley for Governor (Montana), The 96 Project in Oregon, and numerous ballot initiative campaigns.
Kaia holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montana. |
