Alyson McColl, senior vice president, brings to GMMB more than 10 years of experience in communications strategy, advocacy communications, project management, message development and media relations. She joined the firm in 2004.

Currently, Alyson serves as the project manager for the firm's work on behalf of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). GMMB developed and is currently implementing a branding initiative for MADD through a new national Campaign to Eliminate Drunk Driving. Alyson also directs communications efforts for DaimlerChrysler Corporation's award-winning national child passenger safety initiatives: Road Ready Teens and SeatCheck. In addition, she is an integral member of GMMB's global health team, serving clients including CARE, Johns Hopkins University, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Alyson's previous work at the firm includes providing strategic communications counsel to Casey Family Programs, International Center for Nonviolent Conflict and Fannie Mae Foundation.

Prior to joining GMMB, Alyson was an account supervisor at Equals Three Communications, where she lent her public relations expertise to a number of nonprofit and government clients, including the National Institute of Mental Health, Cancer Research Foundation of America, and Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation. Before that, she was a member of the communications staff at the League of Conservation Voters, where she implemented media outreach activities, directed online communications, and managed the production of publications and collateral materials.
