Amy Low

Amy Low, a senior vice president in GMMB’s Seattle office, has more than 14 years of media relations and advocacy experience advising a wide range of clients, including private-sector companies, government agencies, NGOs and foundations. Amy brings both domestic and international public relations experience to GMMB.

In Seattle, Amy works closely with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s advocacy and communications teams by developing strategies to support an initiative to combat family homelessness in the Puget Sound region. She also supports the foundation’s work to ensure that all children in Washington state begin kindergarten prepared through increased access to high-quality early learning. She develops talking points and keynote speeches for foundation leadership and serves as the liaison between regional grantees and the foundation. She also helps create communications strategies, speeches and media opportunities for the foundation’s crosscutting advocacy teams.

Amy’s other work at the firm has included providing public affairs counsel for World Vision’s local and international programs.

Prior to joining GMMB, Amy worked with Porter Novelli in the agency’s Seattle, New York and Washington, D.C., offices. While at the agency’s corporate headquarters in New York, she served as the international project director.

Amy has served as a member of the board of directors of the International Justice Mission, a human rights organization based in Washington, D.C.
