Greer
Frank Greer is the founding partner of GMMB. He has more than 30 years of experience in communications and advertising, serving clients that include major foundations, public interest groups, labor organizations, corporations, and successful candidates for Congress, governor, Senate and the presidency.
Frank has provided strategic advice to the campaigns of President Bill Clinton, Indiana Governor Frank O'Bannon, West Virginia Governors Gaston Caperton and Bob Wise, Senator Chris Dodd of Connecticut, Senator Jim Webb of Virginia, as well as numerous other candidates and causes.
Frank has also provided counsel to public interest causes and foundations, including the Carnegie Foundation, NARAL Pro-Choice America, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Initiative for Global Development, and major efforts on education reform and environmental protection.
In 1993, Frank assisted then-presidential candidate Nelson Mandela and the African National Congress in their winning campaign. Frank's international experience also includes serving as campaign media advisor to Czechoslovakian President Vaclav Havel (1990), bringing together 35 political parties from 10 countries for the Consultative Conference of Political Parties of Southern Africa (1999), and serving as campaign media advisor to Guatemalan President Alvoro Colom (2007). In 1972, Frank was also a founder and board member of Amnesty International USA and served on Amnesty's international board.
