Bill Brocato

Bill Brocato is the chief financial officer and a senior vice president at GMMB. He has over 18 years of experience in financial operations and administration in the professional service arena.

At GMMB, Bill is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, policy and procedure implementation, financial statement preparation, financial analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and day-to-day operations. He is also the firm’s main point of contact for external auditors, insurance carriers and banking relationships.

Bill has substantial experience in management accounting, profitability/operating effectiveness analysis, process and procedure development, accounting system implementation, and GAAP accounting.

Before joining GMMB, Bill was manager of operations for a Big Five accounting firm and a controller for a D.C.-based law firm. He also has substantial experience in the advertising industry, having spent over 10 years in progressive accounting capacities at a number of Washington, D.C., ad shops.
